We send all packages via U.S. Postal Priority Mail.  Our personalized action figures ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of receipt of order assuming your photos were not rejected.  Special arrangements can be made for Fed Ex delivery, but it is more expensive.  Please email us if you require this.  Shipments usually arrive in 3 to 9 days once shipped depending on what part of the country you live in. One week is the average.

Customs Information
Customers are sometimes charged duty and taxes by your local government. It is your responsibility to pay them if they are charged. We have no way of knowing weather or not duty and taxes will be charged as it is up to your local government.

Refused Orders
If you place an order and it comes back refused, you will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus any shipping charges we incur to get the package back.

If a website pricing error occurs We reserve the right to cancel orders that were ordered at the incorrect pricing and will provide a full refund.
