Ordering by wholesale is for stores and businesses that have a valid resale license. Orders must be placed by either phone, fax, e-mail or sent by regular mail.  Please call Steve Sandberg to discuss wholesale options.

All prices quoted are F.O.B. Tampa, FL

Unless requested by customer, all orders will be sent by either Fedex Ground, USPS, UPS or Common Truck Carrier in the United States.  Overseas orders are sent thru Fedex, USPS, or UPS unless other arrangements are made prior to shipment.

No cash refunds or credit card credits will be allowed. Notification of Returns and or Damaged packages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods in writing or email and will be exchanged for the same merchandise only upon inspections by the carrier. 

Figures Toy Company/ MyFaceonaFigure.Com must be notified of any damage / loss / shortages of product within seven (7) days of receipt of goods in writing or by email. If using Common Truck Carrier, claims must be made directly to the Carrier and signed for as "Damaged" upon receiving the merchandise. If Fedex, USPS or UPS was used, claims must be made directly to FEDEX, USPS or UPS.

Prices, terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.  Any returned checks will be charged $25.00 for each returned check.  Florida law shall be applied to any dispute.
